So I feel a bit odd posting this, but here goes.
Over the years I've dome a fair bit of work in youth advocacy and social service. During that time, I've had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Jones Austin on a number of issues and projects. She has been an absolute role model and has literally saved countless young lives by her work.
And now she's got Leukemia. She's only 41. She needs a bone marrow transplant pronto, or she won't make it.
I cannot donate due to having sex with men, so I'm posting this here in hopes that someone will read this and be willing to donate.
It's a simple home testing kit, which is mailed to you. If you're a match, the procedure is no surgical and outpatient and it really is just a matter of a day.
And it will save someone's life.
