(no subject)

 So this update is about a month overdue. I know. I've been busy.

I finally moved. After living with my father for two years and trying to fix him, I no longer could. It's been an exercise in futility - you cant save someone who doesn't want to be saved.  The only upside is that he'd been in his apartment for a decade, so his rent is way below the market rate.
I moved from Bensonhurst to Forest Hills two weeks ago, with the clothes on my back and a rug. I left the furniture to dad, because I wanted to start fresh. Also, the sheer amount of roaches in his place all but guarantee a transfer of infestation. So now I'm almost flat broke, because I had to buy a new bed and i'm still paying his bills ( for this month at least), but also very, very happy.

I got a huge studio in Forest Hills, a job I like and finally, a cat. His name is Freddie Mercury. I'm mildly allergic, but hope that I will develop some sort of an immunity cause I dont want to give him up. 
And that folks is my life in a nutshell.
