On the Pope and political Correctness ( a delayed reaction)

This will probably offend many a Catholic, but hey, PC is not what I'm about. Political Correctness is on of the most powerful enemies of truth and honestly. By equating white lies with decency, it has legitimized half truths and doublespeak into our lives and especially into the political lexicon of today. It's no wonder the, than being politically incorrect is only accepted in the comic form.  I'm no Bill Maher, or Chris Rock, so I get flack for stating my views as they are, but that perhaps is inevitable. Being politically incorrect ( is bound to piss a few people off. )
